diabetic and blood pressure and asthma and joint pain patient can take this vitamin or not ?
Dear Stella,
Yes the patient will be able to consume this supplement. However, I would advise for the patient to monitor accordingly after starting:
Diabetic – To monitor fasting and random blood glucose
High blood pressure – To monitor blood pressure at least once a day
Asthma – To notice if there are any exacerbations
If there happen to be any reactions or undesirable effects, I would strongly advise to stop taking it and seek assistance from your nearest health care provider.

Hi Yap,
It depends on the quantity in which your doctor prescribed for each of these ingredients. Sangobion contains these ingredients but the quantity might differ from your prescription.

Hi, i am 52 years old man and always get tired very easy. My blood test result was normal. I have taken Vitamin B Complex and Pharmaton but still get tired very easy.
May I know is Sangobion can help?
Thank you.
Hi Tham, hope you are well. When you mentioned blood test was normal, did you check on the red blood cell and iron levels? These are the 2 main parameter which Sangobion helps. If these are normal and you still feel fatigued all the time, I would suggest consulting a doctor as there might be other underlying issues which cause your lethargy.
Can i take sangobion at night?
Yes Jesrel, you may take it any time of the day, as long as you consume it after meals.
Does sangobion promote good sleep?
Thanks Nelvi for your question. There are people who experience better sleep after taking Sangobion due to the improvement in symptoms. That being said, it is important to note that Sangobion is not a sleep supplement. We do have supplements that aid in sleep and you may have a look here.
Good day,
I just found out that the hemoglobin level on my blood is low (almost as half as the required level), and was advised to undergone blood transfusion to correct the levels.
Question is, if I take Sangobion instead if the blood transfusion, how long will it take for my body to reach the required levels on my blood if I take the supplement 2x a day?
Hi Mer, as Sangobion is a supplement which is used for anemia, I would strongly suggest that you consult your doctor and perhaps follow through with the transfusion as Sangobion is not meant for emergency situations.
