What you need to know

Before your goods reach your doorstep, it will be inspected and cross-checked by pharmacists. This is to ensure that the products delivered are what you ordered and are in mint condition.

Each order placed will be promptly delivered to you within the same day depending on your delivery options. In cases where the goods are not delivered or there are discrepancies in the delivery, feel free to contact us at Customer Support.

You will then receive an email notifying you on your success in placing an order. It will also contain details on how to track your order. Your order will be shipped to the address that you have provided upon checkout.

Delivery rates differ based on your delivery options. Your shipping fee will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout. Free delivery will be awarded if your purchase exceeds RM150. A delivery fee of RM10 will be incurred for orders under RM150.

We have 2 different types of delivery options:

On-demand – choose this option if you want your items to be delivered to you within 2 hours! (Available for Klang Valley only)

Scheduled – you can choose your preferred delivery time up to 2 days after your order has been placed.

You can track the status of your order at Track My Order. We at Esyms pledge to deliver your goods on time. However, we do not possess the ability to control external factors such as the traffic and the weather. If there is a delay in delivery due to these unforeseen circumstances, we will be sure to inform you as soon as possible. Esyms does not provide any refunds at the moment.
