Terms and Conditions
You agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to the Joui 90-Day Money Back Guarantee offer. By participating, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. Esyms reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
DEFINITIONS
- “Offer” means the “Joui 90-Day Money Back Guarantee” offer made by Esyms in relation to the Product;
- “Product” means Joui Black Series (Night) 330mm, Joui White Series (Day) 290mm, Joui Pink Series 180mm Panty Liners
- “Partner Pharmacy” means the physical stores that participate in this Offer that are officially authorised by Esyms to supply Product to customers
- “90 Days” refers to the duration of which Participants are allowed to participate in the Offer whereby the Offer must be claimed within 90 days from the date of purchase of the Product.
ELIGIBILITY
- This Offer is open to purchases made in Malaysia.
- Esyms reserves the right to disqualify any Claimant who does not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of this Offer or if Esyms is of the view that the Claimant fails to satisfy any of the Offer’s criteria.

2) If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Product, Esyms will upon verification refund you the purchase price of the Product in the form of Esyms Credit provided that the Product is returned. If you purchase from the Partner Pharmacy, you will have to provide the original receipt in order for us to request for refund. Please allow up to 2 days from the date that we accept the claim for us to provide you with a refund.
3) Products purchased during promotions such as cash backs, discounts and voucher promotions, refunded amount will be that of price deducted based on the value of the discount or voucher promotion.
4) You may only make one (1) claim in respect of each of the following Products:
- Joui Black Series (Night) 330mm (box of 10pads)
- Joui White Series (Day) 290mm (box of 10pads)
- Joui Pink Series 180mm Panty Liners (box of 30pads)
5) For example, if you purchase one box of Joui Black Series (Night) 330mm and Joui White Series (Day) 290mm, you are entitled to make two claims under the Offer, being one for each Product. If you purchase two boxes of Joui Black Series (Night) 330mm, you are only entitled to make one claim under the Offer.
6) The Offer must be claimed within 90 days of purchase of the Product.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE MECHANICS

- Courier to us the purchased Product to the address stated below. If you purchase from any of our Partner Pharmacy, please attach the original receipt. Any shipping charges during the course of this offer is to be fully borne by us (capped at RM8.00).

GENERAL
- Esyms reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend or terminate this Offer at its sole discretion or if the Offer is not capable of being continued for whatever reasons.
- Claim forms or receipt that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, delayed or do not have valid or adequate proof of purchase will be disqualified.
- Esyms will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt of claims sent by the Claimant.
